Just for Today Do not Worry

Just for today, do not worry.

We all worry at times. When we are worried, we are no longer living in the present moment. Our focus turns to an experience in our past or something that doesn’t yet exist in our future. Worry can impact our emotional, spiritual and physical selves over time. When we live as our authentic selves we live with trust in our hearts. Today be mindful of your breath. During your day pause to take 3 deep breaths. Notice how you are feeling and offer any concerns or worries to the Divine loving Creator and Universe. Blessings
